Your responsibilities
- Adhere to regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of goods received and dispatched.
- Maintain a standard of excellence for all products, satisfying both internal and external customer expectations.
- Organise inbound goods with precision and oversee timely loading of outbound goods.
- Be an active player in upholding Health & Safety standards, including reporting near misses.
- Contribute to training initiatives by keeping up with personal development and assisting in the training of peers.
The experience we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a regulated or third-party logistics environment.
- Understanding and appreciation of health and safety in the workplace; relevant qualifications are a plus.
- Competent in using a counterbalance forklift (RTITB) and PPT, with the necessary licences.
- Eagerness to engage with on-the-job training and personal development, including NVQ qualifications.
- Proven ability in inventory management, supply chain processes, and customer service.
