We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist the HR and Admin Manager manage day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR and be eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Support the HR and Admin Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
