We are looking to fill the role of Admin Officer who will provide administrative support in general admin functions, the ideal candidate must be grounded in inventory management, facility management and Ticketing and hotel reservation for both local and expatriate staff.
Responsibilities
Stock management and reconciliation
Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items
Management of pool cars and drivers within the organization
Processing of all invoices for prompt payment
Making reservations and bookings of both local and international flights
Arranging new protocols for logistics/Hotel and airport
Facility management
Requirements
Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in the above job description in a reputable organization
Bsc/HND in Business administration, Economics or any other related discipline.
Professional certification in NIM or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Must be tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, power point, excel, ms word, Exchange
