Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage and oversee daily production operations in our clothing manufacturing facility.


• The ideal candidate will ensure seamless production processes, maintain exceptional quality standards, and meet or exceed production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production staff to optimize efficiency and productivity.


• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.


• Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.


• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.


• Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and knowledge.


• Analyze production data and provide insights for process development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in production supervision or a related role.


• Clothing manufacturing experience preferred.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production management software.
