Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting managers with the planning of audit engagements


• Coordinating audit engagement from planning to completion with the required level of quality


• Developing strong working relationships with the clients and the client staff


• Delegating to junior team members, provide on the job training and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Higher National Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent


• Candidates must have completed their ACA/ACCA professional qualification or be at an advanced stage of completion


• 3 - 5 years relevant audit firm experience is required


• Candidates should be between 25 and 40 years of age


• A good knowlegde of IFRS/IAS, Computer Assisted Auditing Tools (CAATs)


• Outstanding communication skills; written and oral


• A good team player.
