Job Description

• We are seeking to hire a C-Suit Executive Director for our client


• The Executive Director is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of the foundation This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the organization.


• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures.


• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans in collaboration with the board and other directors.


• Manage the organization's budget and financial health, including fundraising and resource allocation.


• Represent the organization in public and professional settings, building relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.


• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


• Lead and inspire staff, volunteers, and members to achieve the organization's goals.


• Regularly report to the board on organizational performance and key metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Public Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within a non-profit or faith-based organization.


• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.


• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.


• Proven experience in fundraising, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
