We are seeking to hire a C-Suit Executive Director for our client
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of the foundation This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to the organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the organization.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures.
Develop and execute long-term strategic plans in collaboration with the board and other directors.
Manage the organization's budget and financial health, including fundraising and resource allocation.
Represent the organization in public and professional settings, building relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead and inspire staff, volunteers, and members to achieve the organization's goals.
Regularly report to the board on organizational performance and key metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within a non-profit or faith-based organization.
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proven experience in fundraising, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
