Job Summary



  • We are seeking to hire a C-Suit Creative Director for our client, a Christian based foundation.

  • The Creative Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all creative initiatives and projects within foundation.

  • This role requires a visionary mindset to develop innovative programs, productions, and content that align with the organization's mission and values, ensuring that the gospel is breathed through every output.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, budgeting and execution of creative projects, including performances, events, and media content.

  • Collaborate with other directors and teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative output.

  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization.

  • Oversee the development of artistic programs and workshops that engage and inspire members and the community.

  • Manage the creative team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

  • Ensure all creative work reflects the organization's mission and values.

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with artists, performers, and other creative professionals.

  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into creative processes.

  • Assist in fundraising and community engagement efforts.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Creative Arts, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a nonprofit or Christian organization.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven track record of successful creative project management.

  • Passion for the arts and a deep understanding of the role of creativity in spiritual expression.
