  • We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for Limehousebars.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent, managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.


Responsibilities



  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

  • Oversee performance management processes and facilitate employee development.

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements & Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects effectively.
