Position Summary:

Gadol Finance Company Limited is seeking a visionary leader to head our Marketing and Strategy division. The Executive Director will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing initiatives while aligning strategic goals with business growth objectives.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and strategic plans.


• Lead branding, market positioning, and business development efforts.


• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.


• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.


• Oversee marketing operations and manage the team.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.


• 10+ years in marketing and strategy roles, with 5+ years in a senior leadership position, ideally within the financial services industry.


• Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or in a similar senior marketing role in a financial institution.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Experience with marketing analytics and tools.


• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.


• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
