Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic sales operation analyst to effectively support the sales team and achieve the desired outcomes, the associates should possess a combination of technical skills, analytical abilities, and interpersonal competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pitch Evaluation and Coaching:
- Evaluate sales pitches and provide constructive feedback to improve effectiveness
- Conduct coaching sessions and training workshops to enhance sales skills and techniques
CRM Maintenance and Data Hygiene:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system
- Monitor and maintain CRM hygiene by regularly updating records and removing duplicates
Performance Reporting:
- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and KPIs
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
Insight Generation:
- Share insights and recommendations with their manager based on data analysis and sales team interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement improvements and track their impact
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and CRM best practices
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and the overall effectiveness of the sales operations function
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, sales, customer success roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
