Job Description
Remuneration: 300,000 - 350,000
This role will drive recruitment efforts, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent and support company-wide growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage preemployment checks and onboarding.
- Develop retention strategies and manpower planning.
- Negotiate job offers and employment terms.
- Perform additional HR duties as required.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of industry related experience.
- BSc/HND in relevant field.
- Availability to start in 2 weeks
