Job Description
Remuneration: 300,000 - 350,000
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training company wide training programs
- Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend training.
- Support performance management and career development initiatives.
- Align L&D programs with company goals.
- Lead employee engagement and development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- BSc/HND in a related field.
- Availability to resume within 2 weeks.
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
