We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to provide expert legal advice and support to our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, strong litigation skills, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B)- 6 years post-qualification experience as a Legal Officer or equivalent role- Called to the Nigerian Bar (BL)


• Excellent knowledge of Nigerian corporate law, regulatory framework, and industry-specific laws


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
