Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage orders and oversee the sorting and delivery of orders for our international e-commerce fashion brand.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process orders from receipt to dispatch.


• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping.


• Oversee order sorting and delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.


• Manage inventory levels, tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.


• Collaborate with customer service team to resolve order-related issues.


• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.


• Analyze shipping and delivery data to optimize logistics and reduce costs.


• Communicate with international courier services and freight forwarders.


• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and laws.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations or logistics in an e-commerce environment.


• Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.


• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.


• Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management software.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with international shipping and logistics.


• Knowledge of customs regulations and laws.


• Experience with warehouse management systems.
