Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Gwagwalada, Abuja branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) who have completed NYSC are encouraged to apply. Applicants should be below 30 years of age, with female candidates preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist customers with account-related queries, including updates and requests
- Provide detailed information on bank products and services, promoting their benefits
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Ensure compliance with all bank regulations and customer service standards
- Support other departments with customer-related tasks as needed
- Assist with administrative duties and other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in any field
- Fresh graduate with NYSC completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must be below 30 years of age
- Female candidates are preferred
