Job Summary



  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help Limehousebars expand its clientele and drive business growth.

  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals.


Responsibilities

Bar Consulting:



  • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to secure new business.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hospitality industry.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients.


Event Sales:



  • Identify potential clients (high net-worth individuals, companies, and event planners) to secure new business for Limehousebars cocktails

  • Prospect and cold-call potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain relationships with event organizers and venue managers to become the preferred cocktail vendor for various events.

  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable partnerships.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • Monitor and analyze business performance and prepare reports for management.


Delivery Sales:



  • Promote Limehousebars' cocktail delivery service to individuals, households, and businesses.

  • Drive sales of cocktail delivery packages.


Requirements & Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.

  • Knowledge of the events industry and/or experience in catering or beverage services is a plus.
