Job Summary

• Are you a skilled professional in electrical works, with hands-on experience in repairing electrical gadgets and lights? We are actively seeking a Facility & Electrical Maintenance Executive to join our team.


• If you possess detailed knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to conduct minor repairs, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of the company’s electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and outlets.


• Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions promptly to ensure a safe and operational environment.


• Monitor and maintain all lighting fixtures within the facility.


• Replace faulty bulbs, ballasts, and other lighting components as needed.


• Ensure the generators are in proper working order through routine checks and maintenance.


• Troubleshoot and address generator-related issues to guarantee a reliable emergency power supply.


• Coordinate with external vendors for major generator repairs or upgrades.


• Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to identify and address electrical issues promptly.


• Investigate and diagnose problems in electrical circuits and equipment.


• Provide guidance and support to other maintenance staff in addressing electrical challenges.


• Oversee general maintenance tasks and structural repairs.


• Address issues related to equipment, furniture, and other non-electrical components of the facility.


• Collaborate with external vendors for major repairs or upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical works and maintenance, preferably in an organizational setting.


• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Electronics or related fields


• Versatility in general facility maintenance tasks.


• Hands-on expertise in repairing electrical gadgets, lights, and other equipment.


• Basic troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and general facility issues.


• Knowledge of generator maintenance and operation.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.


• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical maintenance.
