  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team for a gaming app. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a passion for gaming, a deep understanding of app-based products, and a proven track record in sales.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase app downloads, and subscriptions.

  • Identify and prioritise high-impact sales channels and opportunities to drive revenue growth for the gaming app.

  • Regularly monitor sales performance and revenue trends, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Continuously refine the sales process, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and improve revenue.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales efforts.

  • Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and reports to showcase the app’s value and drive interest.

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new users to the gaming app and work on user retention strategies.

  • Leverage feedback from users and partners to optimise the sales process and improve the customer experience.


Requirements



  • Proven experience as a sales Manager (experience in the gaming, app development, or tech industry is an advantage).

  • Strong knowledge of the gaming market, app monetisation strategies, and sales best practices.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive decision-making.

  • Ability to meet set targets.
