Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and government agencies.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business.

  • Manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

  • Prepare and submit proposals for new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals that meet client needs.

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary organizations within the healthcare industry.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).

  • Experience in healthcare consulting or consulting services.

  • Certification in sales or business development.

  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and payment models.
