Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the healthcare sector.
Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to gain a competitive advantage.

Develop and implement business development plans to achieve revenue growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and government agencies.
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business.
Manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Prepare and submit proposals for new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals that meet client needs.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary organizations within the healthcare industry.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Experience in healthcare consulting or consulting services.
