Job Overview

• We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and manage our mining operations.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, preferably within the mineral processing industry, electrical, electronic, or mechanicalindustries. Experience working in a Chinese enterprise is an added advantages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage production plans to meet organizational goals and deadlines.


• Monitor production processes and ensure efficient use of resources, minimizing waste and maximizing output.


• Supervise and manage a production team of over 50 employees, ensuring that all staff adhere to safety and quality standards.


• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.


• Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure that machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.


• Ensure that all production activities comply with the company’s quality standards and industry regulations.


• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet specifications and customer expectations.


• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.


• Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety training.


• Liaise with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to coordinate production activities and meet company objectives.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience working as a Production Manager, preferably in the electrical, electronic, mechanical, or mineral processing industries.


• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.


• Experience managing production teams of over 50 people.


• Proven experience drafting and implementing production plans.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Experience working in a Chinese enterprise is preferred.


• Ability to speak or understand the Chinese language is an added advantage.


• Preferred candidate should be between 35-40 years of age.
