Job Description

• Recognize the Hydraulic system and its components.


• Understand the whole caster related equipment functionality.


• Perform routine inspections and monitoring to ensure proper alignment and functions.


• Troubleshoot and resolve caster related issues, collaborating with operational teams.


• Assist in planning and executing scheduled maintenance shutdowns and upgrades.


• Develop and implement improvements to caster performance, quality and safety.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities periodically for implementation.


• Essential in welding, Grinding, cutting and measurements to work enforce.


• Maintain the lubrication system of all the equipment’s periodically.


• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and earing PPE.
