The HR Business Intelligence Deployment Officer will support the team’s effort in conducting research, analysis, and deployment of HR initiatives to ensure data-driven decision-making and effective operational execution. The role will involve assisting with tasks related to business development, client services, and fostering a creative solutions-oriented culture. Emphasis will be placed on aligning HR practices with the company’s cultural values and promoting a positive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of HR trends, data, and metrics to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and support business growth.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities by generating leads and assisting in closing deals to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs, projects, and initiatives, ensuring tasks are executed smoothly and in alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for client services, contributing to the delivery of HR solutions tailored to client needs and improving overall client satisfaction.
- Collaborate in creative problem-solving sessions, supporting the development of innovative HR solutions that address workforce challenges and improve employee engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices, applying insights to help shape HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve HR service delivery, ensuring effective communication between HR, clients, and other departments.
- Assist in resolving HR-related client concerns, offering tailored solutions that strengthen relationships and enhance service quality.
- Support internal HR operations by promoting a positive, inclusive work environment that aligns with company culture and values.
- Participate in initiatives that foster collaboration, teamwork, and a strong work ethic across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR operations, research, or business development, preferably within the consulting space
- Strong analytical skills with some experience in HR data analytics or reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, are a must-have.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 business suite
