Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new clients for asset management services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.

  • Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (investment, operations, and marketing) to deliver exceptional client experiences.

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis.


Requirements



  • 2+ years of sales experience in Asset management/Insurance/Financial Services or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of asset management products and services.

  • HND/BSC in any related field

  • Experience working with CRM software.
