Position Overview



  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tender & Procurement/DCC Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

  • This role is essential for managing the tendering and procurement processes, as well as coordinating document control activities to ensure compliance and efficiency across projects.


Responsibilities

Tender & Procurement:



  • Oversee the tendering process, from preparation to submission and evaluation of bids.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and quality service.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications for procurement activities.

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved procurement practices.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the procurement process.


Document Control Coordination:



  • Manage document control processes, ensuring that all project-related documents are organized, tracked, and accessible.

  • Implement and maintain document management systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.

  • Facilitate the distribution and storage of documents in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

  • Support project teams by providing necessary documentation and ensuring timely updates.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5years of experience in procurement and document control, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, tender management, and document control procedures.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and document management systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
