- The ideal candidate will be proficient in diverse cuisines, managing all kitchen operations while ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality local and continental mealstailored to the CEO's preferences and dietary needs.
- Create a variety of menus,blending local flavors with international cuisine for daily meals and special events.
- Ensure food safety and maintain kitchen hygienein line with industry regulations.
- Source and order fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring cost-effective inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of meal presentation and consistency.
Qualifications
Education:
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a chef, specializing in both local and continental cuisine. Preferably in a private or high-profile setting .
Flexibility:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to live on the premises and travel with the CEO.
- Proven ability to create diverse, flavorful menus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Creativity in meal preparation and presentation.
