Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and report financial data, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making and enhance business performance.


• Establish adequate budgetary controls along with monthly variance analysis and reporting.


• Ensure proper and efficient working capital management. (i.e. stock and others)


• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial and non-financial data to assist decision-making


• Preparation of monthly management accounts as may be required.


• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance.


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.


• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and improve efficiency.


• Develop and implement cost control measures.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess good Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting / Economics / Finance.


• Masters Degree will be an added advantage.


• Proficiency in Accounting software and advanced Excel skills.


• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience and 5 years in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.


• Proven managerial experience.


• Strong analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
