Job Summary



  • The Medical Sales Representative (MSR) is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

  • The MSR will develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring that the company’s products are effectively communicated and adopted within the medical community.

  • This role requires a combination of excellent sales skills, product knowledge, and an understanding of the healthcare industry.


Key Responsibilities



  • Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing them with relevant product information and updates.

  • Conduct product presentations, both one-on-one and in group settings, to demonstrate the benefits and effectiveness of the company’s products.

  • Understand the competitive landscape and market dynamics to position the company’s products effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

  • Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continued growth.

  • Stay informed about the latest medical research, product innovations, and healthcare trends to better serve clients.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and feedback from healthcare professionals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and materials.

  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and training to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments.


Requirements



  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience:0-3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field. Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.

  • Not more than the age of 27years old

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

  • Ability to understand and explain complex medical information clearly and effectively.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for reporting and data management.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
