Job Description
BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage company social media accounts and support the content strategy for social media campaigns by considering the latest trends.
- Interpret briefs and develop materials for internal communications and support in developing and publishing engaging posts that engage audiences and promote our brand.
- Collaborate with the design team to get the images and videos designed on time.
- Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations and responding to comments on social media.
- Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with the audience personally and analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of campaigns and post.
- Support in project meetings with various stakeholders to ensure the participation and presence of communications throughout all projects and provide feedback to the corporate affairs team.
PERSONAL SKILLS/QUALITIES
- Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn and good understanding of social media ads.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Higher Education Degree
- Previous working experience in a similar role, in a leading corporate organization is an advantage
- Proactive “can do” work ethic – flexible approach to working
- Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills
- Great communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with an assertive attitude
- Self-starter, keen and confident to use own initiative
- Ability to establish priorities, maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
