• We are currently looking to hire an IT INFRASTRUCTURE OFFICER who will assist in the support and maintenance of our IT infrastructure and provide a customer focused service to members of the organisation (The post holder is jointly responsible for the maintenance and support of the corporate IT infrastructure).

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure active directory and manage users on domain.


• Configure and install software on window server 2012,2016 and 2019.


• Configure and manage public and private IP on the servers.


• Manages Sophos security de configurations.


• Manages MS office 365 mails and its users.


• Provide support on various equipment like switches, router and wireless configurations.


• Troubleshooting IT related issues.


• Manages Trend micro security agent and also manages it users.


• Manages DLP on Microsoft office 365 and configurations.


• Create and configure virtual machines on servers.


• Resolve technical hardware and software on servers and laptop.


• Configure remote network for users on the servers.


• Good knowledge of VPN configurations and management.

Requirement:

• Must have B.sc/HND in computer science, computer engineering or any related field.


• Should have minimum of 3 years’ experience providing generalist IT administrative expertise in an organization.


• Experience in local area network and wide area network.


• High personal standards of performance and desire to develop skills and knowledge


• Knowledge on Network attached storage(NAS) and back-up on the server through the network.


• Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to explain complex technologies with clarity and patience.


• Ability to priorities workload effectively, while under pressure and to provide flexibility and support within the IT team.


• Extensive administrative experience in the following: Microsoft Operating Systems (Server & Desktop), Network & Domain Management, Linux and Web technologies.
