  • Follow up on every outage

  • Regular contact with FSEs and NSS to get update

  • Prepare report as required by manager and customer

  • Give timely updates internally and externally

  • Prepare and send report as and when due without any escalation.

  • Communicate effectively with FSEs and push till desired result isgotten without violating the code of conduct.

  • Monitor and keep track of Diesel Level, Gate lock, Diesel Probes etcissues on sit.

  • Monitor activities on site and revert with well analyzed report and avoid escalations from clients.

  • Manage any client escalations promptly and intelligently.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Line manager.


Qualifications:



  • Higher National Diploma/ BSc

  • Experience in a NOC or technical support role preferred.

  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and network monitoring tools.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
