Job Purpose
- You would ensure to provide the best service for the operations of all Food and beverage outlets and services in the hotel.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure buffet name tags are correctly labelled as per the food on display.
- To identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
- Always ensure hygiene and cleanliness in food & beverage outlets.
- Attend daily restaurant, kitchen & bar briefings.
- Reduce pilferage.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
- Keep records of all hazards
- Oversee the opening and closing of inventories.
- Food is kept at safe temperature.
- Practice frequent hand washing and Periodic disinfection of the restaurant.
- Right disposal of food waste
- Ensure excellent service delivery in restaurant, room and night service, and banquets.
- Ensure services meet customer specification.
- Guest Relations – ensure a minimum of 90% guest satisfaction is always maintained.
- To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE).
- Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualification
- 2 - 5 years of work experience.
