Job Description



Basic Responsibility



  • Assisting in managing the warehouse in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures of the company, ensuring that the company’s business goals of growth, market share, profitability and customer satisfaction are me.


Scope of Accountability



  • Support Parts, Finance and Aftersales Units with timely receipt, issuance and documentation of stock received in SAP


Main Responsibilities



  • Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist in receiving inventory from Suppliers and make the necessary SAP updates.

  • Checking packing list against physical quantities of good received to ensure conformity

  • Assist in Labelling, stacking and re-arrangement of inventory at the right locations

  • Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor to Conduct weekly and annual stock counts

  • Compile and submit weekly requisition/consumption reports to the Supervisor

  • Maintain an efficient filing system for documents used for work

  • Ensure that PPE is worn during all tasks

  • Adhere to environment, health and safety programmes and requirements

  • Assist in general warehouse duties and tidiness of the warehouse environment

  • Any other duties assigned by your Manager.

  • Accurate use of SAP for Bin Location, Inventory Management, Minimum stock level checks and Delivery Issuance

  • Timely identification and reporting on fast moving parts.


Education



  • First Degree in Supply Chain or any related course


Experience:



  • 2+ years of experience in similar role


Technical Competencies:



  • Strong product knowledge

  • Strong organizational, problem‐solving, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.

  • Acute attention to detail.

  • Effective Time Management with demonstrated ability to manage tasks effectively.

  • Strong computer skills (use of Microsoft Office Products- Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP).
