ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB



  • We’re looking for a Senior National Account Manger that will work in close cooperation with Sales Department.

  • You will be in charge of Volumes, Profits and Market Share related to your Customer (Italian Market Leader).

  • You will have the opportunity to manage and develop a Team of 3 People.


YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • According to the assigned budget and commercial guidelines will be responsible for the negotiation and implementation of the annual agreement

  • Understanding the customer P&L dynamics and deliver proper solutions in synergy with Customer Marketing, Finance and Logistic

  • Define and deliver proper solutions in order to optimize profit and losses of the customer.

  • Manage and Develop your Team in order to boost their performance and strengthen their capabilities.

  • Team Work approach in order to guarantee Channel’s BP achievement.


ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?



  • I am proactive, with great passion and energy

  • At least 3 years of Commercial experience

  • At least 2 years as National Account Manager preferably in At Home channel

  • At least 1 People Management experience

  • Good English Knowledge

  • Good Knowledge in Customer and Consumer Marketing area

  • Influencing and negotiation skills

  • Problem solving, strategic thinking. decision making. leadership and organizational skills

  • University Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, Business

  • Willingness to transfer
