Job Summary:
We're looking for an Experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead our team, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences, optimal operational efficiency, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and security
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions to optimize performance
- Collaborate with department heads to achieve business objectives
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and concerns
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel operations management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Professional certification (CHTM, CHTA, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems
- Integrity, transparency, and attention to detail
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with international hospitality standards
- Knowledge of Nigerian hospitality industry trends and regulations
- Previous experience in a similar role in Abuja
- Certification in hospitality management or related field
