Job Summary  


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to lead and drive our sales initiatives in the fintech industry. As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales-related activities, developing strategic partnerships, managing Super Agents and Aggregators, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities 



  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the Business Development Team, Agents and Aggregators, Key Accounts and the City sales activities. 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for in-store and merchants, Agents and Aggregators, Key Accounts and Governments, Private and Consumers, Web POS and ecommerce checkout to meet or exceed revenue targets. 

  • Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recruit, train, and manage Sales team, Super Agents and Aggregators to expand our distribution network. 

  • Identify, form and execute strong partnerships with key potential partners, ambassadors, service providers, strategic alliance etc. 

  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company. 

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to leverage synergies and enhance business growth. 

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive growth. 

  • Oversee the TeleSales team and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. 

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide market insights and feedback for product/service enhancements. 

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand. 

  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. 


Skills Sets 



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. 

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and strategies. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Leadership and Presentation Skills.

  • Must be Customer Centric and have experience with CRM software.


Qualifications 



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 

  • Minimum of 7 years experience with a successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the fintech industry
