Job Description
Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Support:
- Assist in maintaining and updating financial records in QuickBooks.
- Handle data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure consistency in financial reporting.
Financial Documentation:
- Organize and file financial documents, receipts, and invoices.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist with the reconciliation of accounts.
Data Analysis:
- Extract and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Generate reports for review by the finance team.
- Contribute insights to aid decision-making processes.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to gather necessary financial information.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to obtain relevant data.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or a fresh graduate.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
