Job Overview

• An International Consulting Organization is looking for an Equivalent of a Deputy rector to work with the Lead Consultant on an existing Polytechnic in Nigeria.

Job Duties

• Day-to-day working and administration of the Polytechnic assisting the Lead Consultant to upgrade and transform the Polytechnic.


• Recruitment, Supervision, training, and discipline of staff.


• Providing leadership in driving student enrolment and population growth under the direct supervision of the Lead Consultant


• Ensuring high-quality education with character and integrity


• Quality control.


• Planning and Development


• Growth and sustainable expansion

Qualifications

• Candidates to the position must hold a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D) from a recognized Institution or a Masters Degree with a professional certification or a professor from a recognized University.


• Must have not less than Fifteen (15) years post qualification cognate experience in a Polytechnic setting, at least 8 years of which must be at the level not below Chief Lecturer with substantial numbers of peer-reviewed Journal Articles.


• Compliance with I.T would be an added advantage.
