Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., NAFDAC, WHO etc).
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and improvements.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to quality assurance and control.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Professional requirements (minimum):
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND (Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field)
- Preferred- Master’s degree or relevant certification in above stated subject areas.
- Strong Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO standards.
- Language required (minimum):
- English Language
- Software knowledge required (minimum):
- Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides…
- OR it’s equivalents (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.)
