Job Description



Main responsibilities:



  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., NAFDAC, WHO etc).

  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards.

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality-related issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and improvements.

  • Prepare and manage documentation related to quality assurance and control.

  • Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.


Professional requirements (minimum):



  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND (Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field)

  • Preferred- Master’s degree or relevant certification in above stated subject areas.

  • Strong Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO standards. 

  • Language required (minimum):

  • English Language

  • Software knowledge required (minimum):

  • Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides…

  • OR it’s equivalents (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.)
