Requirements
- B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- Professional certification, e.g., ACIPM, SHRM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in an FMCG or a manufacturing company.
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Job Description (Summary)
- Assisting with the design of training materials for existing employees and new hires, as well as resolving any training-related issues that may arise.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, work with department managers to assess training and development needs and provide management with trainees’ programme reports.
