Position Overview

• The IVF Nurse Trainee will undergo a structured training program to gain the essential skills and knowledge in reproductive medicine and IVF nursing care. This role is ideal for a nurse with a passion for women’s health and fertility services, who is eager to learn and develop in a highly specialized area of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments.


• Learn and support all stages of the IVF process, including consultations, monitoring, and procedures.


• Assist in educating patients on treatment protocols, medication administration, and self-care.


• Ensure timely documentation and maintenance of patient records in compliance with clinical standards.


• Participate in the coordination of patient schedules, monitoring lab results, and preparing for procedures.


• Adhere to clinical guidelines and support quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) / RM with a valid practicing license.


• Passion for reproductive health and a keen interest in IVF treatments.


• Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients.


• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.


• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and treatment protocols.


• Prior experience in women’s health or a related area is an advantage but not required.
