Key Responsibilities

Research Design & Methodology:



  • Lead the design of research studies, including defining objectives, methodology, data collection techniques, and analytical approaches.

  • Develop and refine both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies tailored to project needs.

  • Ensure research processes are rigorously scientific, ethical, and aligned with industry standards.


Data Collection & Analysis:



  • Conduct data collection through various means such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, or secondary data analysis.

  • Perform complex data analysis using advanced statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, or Python).

  • Use advanced data modeling and predictive analytics to interpret trends and patterns.


Reporting & Presentation of Findings:



  • Synthesize and translate research findings into clear, actionable reports and presentations for senior management, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Create visual representations of data findings (e.g., charts, infographics) to aid understanding and decision-making.

  • Prepare research reports, white papers, and publications based on study results.


Project Management:



  • Manage multiple research projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, subject matter experts, and project stakeholders.

  • Oversee external vendors or research partners, when applicable, ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards.


Client Engagement & Collaboration:



  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand their research needs and provide tailored research solutions.

  • Act as the point of contact for client updates on ongoing research projects.

  • Participate in client presentations, providing detailed insights and recommendations based on research outcomes.


Continuous Improvement & Innovation:



  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in research and data analysis.

  • Lead efforts to implement new research techniques, tools, and technologies that improve the accuracy and efficiency of studies.

  • Identify gaps and propose improvements in current research processes, tools, or data collection methods.


Ethics & Compliance:



  • Ensure all research activities are in compliance with ethical guidelines, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.

  • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure research is conducted with the highest standards of integrity and reliability.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



  • Timely and accurate completion of research projects.

  • Quality and clarity of research reports and presentations.

  • Client satisfaction and positive feedback.

  • Effective project management, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Implementation of innovative research tools and methodologies.

  • Publication of research findings in reputable industry journals or conferences (where applicable).


Key Qualifications

Education:



  • A Master’s Degree in Research Methodology, Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field. A PhD is an advantage but not required.


Experience:



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a research-oriented role, preferably in a research company or consultancy environment.

  • Proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality research projects across various industries or sectors.

  • Experience with leading research projects from inception through to reporting and delivering actionable insights.


Skills & Competencies:



  • Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

  • Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS, or similar tools).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting complex data.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Additional Skills:



  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


Working Conditions:



  • Fully Onsite

  • Occasional travel may be required for research presentations or fieldwork.
