We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Mechanic to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

YOU'LL GET TO...

• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues with vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.


• Perform repairs on vehicles, including replacing damaged or worn parts, and conducting major overhauls and rebuilding tasks.


• Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid level checks.


• Perform thorough vehicle inspections to ensure all systems are functioning correctly and safely.


• Provide detailed explanations of required repairs, and offer maintenance advice.


• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor time.


• Keep tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure the workshop is clean and organized.


• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.


• Maintain equipment and work area, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of tools.


• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• OND in Mechanical engineering or vocational training certification in automotive repair (preferred).


• Relevant certifications or training in automotive repair (preferred).


• 5 years+ experience as an Auto Mechanic or in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.


• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.


• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.


• Ability to work independently and also part of a team.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
