We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human capital needs and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Recruitment and Selection:



  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Screen and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications and fit with the company culture.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.


Employee Relations:



  • Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace.

  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation.


Performance Management:



  • Develop and implement performance management systems.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

  • Identify training and development needs to support employee growth.


Compensation and Benefits:



  • Administer compensation programs, including salary reviews and bonus structures.

  • Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits.


HR Policies and Procedures:



  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Training and Development:



  • Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities for employees.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.


Employee Engagement:



  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

  • Gather employee feedback and suggestions for improvement.


Qualifications/Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (not less than second class upper)

  • Minimum of 2years of experience in human resources.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in HR management software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
