QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

• Masters degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.


• 6 years Cosmetics and Personal Care Brand or industry experience including Personal Care Product Development,


• Experience in personal care product formulation and stability testing.


• Strong understanding & indepth experience dealing with NAFDAC and other regulatory agencies


• Strong analytical, project management, interpersonal and team leadership skills.


• Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues


• Excellent written and verbal communication presentation and facilitation skills.
