Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Welcome visitors professionally and courteously.

  • Ensure reception and office area is neat and organized at all times.

  • Receive and sort all corporate correspondence.

  • Handle clients’ inquiries.

  • Work with and manage CEO’s schedule/calendar.

  • Manage some support staff and office supplies/stock.

  • Ensure accurate filing of documents and keeping updated records.

  • Take up other duties as assigned.


Requirements



  • OND / NCE/ HND / Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • 2 - 4 years of work experience.

  • You can also apply if you are still running a part time programme

  • Applicants should reside in Ikoyi, Obalende, Osborne and Dolphin axis.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal/customer service skills

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management and team-playing skills

  • Good understanding and usage of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word etc.).
