Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waiter to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests.


• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner


• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction


• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly

Order Management:

• Take accurate orders and input into point-of-sale system


• Manage food and beverage delivery to ensure timely service


• Ensure orders are prepared correctly and to guest specifications

Table Management:

• Manage table assignments, rotations, and section assignments


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, floors, and service areas

Team Support:

• Assist colleagues with table management, order taking, and delivery


• Support bartenders with drink orders and delivery

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of menu, drinks, and daily specials


• Participate in wine, beer, and liquor training


• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards


• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate point-of-sale system.
