  • As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to strategic sales planning.

  • You will be expected to generate leads, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the company’s properties.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Identify new sales opportunities and actively seek new business prospects.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering on revenue goals.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth client experience from inquiry to property handover.

  • Coordinate property site tours and presentations for prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management, tracking performance and market trends.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, with experience in selling luxury residential and commercial properties.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong client management skills with the ability to handle high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
