  • As a Site Supervisor at Rolling Bricks Limited, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at the construction site.

  • You will coordinate labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget while adhering to health and safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Supervise and oversee daily construction activities on-site.

  • Ensure work is executed according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Monitor the quality of work to ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations.

  • Track and report project progress to management, highlighting any issues or delays.

  • Manage site labor and ensure the availability of required materials and equipment.

  • Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety guidelines.

  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to avoid delays.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.

  • Liaise with the project manager and engineering teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

  • Maintain site records, including daily logs, inventory, and equipment usage.


Requirements



  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and contractors efficiently.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle site-related issues.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project goals.

  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
