Responsibilities

Office Management:



  • Order and stock office supplies and cleaning materials

  • Maintain inventory of office and cleaning supplies


Cleaning Responsibilities:



  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks and equipment

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen areas

  • Empty trash bins and replace liners


Maintenance Tasks:



  • Ensure office equipment is clean and functional

  • Report any repairs or maintenance issues to management


Meeting Room Preparation:



  • Set up meeting rooms for appointments or events

  • Clean and reset meeting spaces after use


Kitchen Duties:



  • Keep kitchen area clean and organized

  • Restock kitchen supplies (e.g., coffee, tea, disposables)


Window and Glass Cleaning:



  • Clean interior windows, glass partitions, and mirrors


End-of-Day Tasks:



  • Secure the office space at the end of the workday

  • Ensure all areas are tidy and ready for the next business day


Running Errands:



  • Pick up or drop off important documents or packages

  • Make bank deposits or collect office mail from the post office

  • Purchase urgent office supplies or refreshments when needed

  • Deliver items to clients or partner businesses as required

  • Assist with any other out-of-office tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements

Preferred Candidate Criteria:



  • Gender: Female

  • Location: Must reside in Ojodu, Berger, or Ogba

  • Age: 25-30 years old.
