Advise on business structuring, mergers, and acquisitions as well as due diligence.
Advise on the wide spectrum of commercial law activities including competition, intellectual property, company formation, MSME support, local market entry, etc.
Demonstrate good knowledge of the Nigerian Capital Market and apply this knowledge by generating beneficial ideas for clients and thinking strategically about the capital needs of clients.
Build and manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
Deliver presentations and advice to clients.
Represent the firm in different professional fora.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to juggle conflicting priorities.
Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
Key Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Possession of a postgraduate qualification (i.e., LLM) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 8 years post-call with cognate experience in the described areas of practice.
